Hair Transplant Case Study – 2100 FUE Hair Grafts

The patient is 50 years old and had 2 FUT strip hair transplant procedures approximately 15 year earlier. His hair loss pattern was a Norwood Class V. The patient requested increase in hairline density and repair of crown that had revealed an ‘island of transplanted hair’ since his hair loss pattern expanded over the years. He had limited donor supply and requested FUE surgery.

Dr, Fallon prepared a surgical plan to accommodate his limited remaining donor area. Dr. Fallon and his staff performed a total of 2161 FUE grafts. The hair grafts were placed into the crown and hairline to mid scalp and used to repair the prior strip scar. After photos were taken at 1 year post-op.
